You can call me Estelle although it's only a nickname. I live in Poland, East-Central Europe. My English isn't the best but I try to write correctly and understandable (sorry for possible linguistic errors!). I'm interested in Chip-chan's case since July 2014. I have read a lot of articles, notes and posts about her. What is my opinion about this person? Well, I suppose she's just mentally ill. Of course, I haven't got any proof to confirm it. It's only my subiective conjecture. On the other hand, I'm interested in conspiracy theories and I know a little bit about mind control, microchips, police state agenda etc. But I'm not a follower of these theories. It's just a hobby and I treat it like reading novels or watching films.
