I'm sure that sometimes Chip-chan suffers very much (view my own observations: 1, 2, 3). I don't know a reason of it. Maybe she is ill? Or maybe she's a real victim of remote torture? The other people have noticed her problem too. The most important question is: can we somehow help her?
